CSIPI Security Cluster, ASIS Chapter 248, and Enovis: Promoting a Culture of Reporting and Crime Prevention in Baja California

On May 29, a joint session was held by the Clúster de Seguridad Industrial, Protección e Inteligencia de Baja California, A.C. and ASIS International Chapter 248 Mexico Northwest, hosted at Enovis facilities.

On this occasion, we were joined by representatives of the General Coordination for Crime and Violence Prevention of the Baja California State Secretariat of Citizen Security, who shared with attendees the importance of strengthening a culture of reporting as a key tool for crime prevention and the development of safer environments.

During the session, the functions and benefits of the 911 and 089 mobile applications were presented, highlighting their usefulness for reporting emergencies and filing anonymous reports quickly and securely, thereby strengthening collaboration between citizens and authorities.

This meeting provided a valuable space for dialogue and information exchange between representatives of the public and private sectors, reaffirming both organizations’ commitment to promoting security, crime prevention, and citizen participation.
