911 Presentation: Information on Neighborhood Watch Programs, Crime Prevention, Applications, and Potential Users

On Friday, June 26, a joint session was held by the Clúster de Seguridad, Protección e Inteligencia de Baja California, A.C. and ASIS International Chapter 248 Mexico Northwest, hosted at the facilities of the Center for Control, Command, Communication, Computing, Quality, and Citizen Contact (C5).

During the session, C5 participated as a special guest and host, sharing a presentation with attendees on its main capabilities, programs, and services available to the community. Topics included the Neighborhood Watch Program, various emergency applications, response and coordination mechanisms, as well as the strategic functions performed by C5 in public security and emergency response.

As part of the session, attendees participated in a guided tour of the C5 facilities, where they had the opportunity to learn firsthand about the operation of monitoring centers, interagency coordination processes, and the technology supporting incident response and emergency services.

We extend our sincere appreciation to C5 for its hospitality, for opening the doors of its facilities, and for sharing its experience and knowledge with members of both organizations. Its commitment strengthens collaboration between public institutions and the private sector for the benefit of security in our region.
