Monthly Meeting of the CSIPI Security Cluster and ASIS International Chapter 248 Northwest Mexico at San Diego State University

The joint session of ASIS International Chapter 248 Mexico Northwest and the Clúster de Seguridad, Protección e Inteligencia de Baja California, A.C. was held at the Visualization Center of the Homeland Security Master's Program at San Diego State University.
As a special guest, we had Robert Harkins, Director of the Visualization Center, who presented the topic "Cyberresilience for Manufacturing Leaders – Technological Strategies for Modern Threats." During his presentation, he shared examples of cybersecurity incidents, their impacts, and practical recommendations to strengthen cybersecurity and better prepare organizations against current threats.
Likewise, we had the presence of members of the ASIS International San Diego Chapter, including its President. Their participation provided an opportunity for both ASIS chapters to dialogue on the importance of security and the role of security professionals on both sides of the border, sharing experiences and perspectives on the challenges of our region.
We thank Robert Harkins, the Visualization Center of the Homeland Security Master's Program, and the members of ASIS 248, the CSIPI Security Cluster, and ASIS San Diego for their participation.
We continue to strengthen knowledge, collaboration, and binational ties in our security community.
