Monthly Meeting of the CSIPI Cluster and ASIS Chapter 248: National Security in Mexico, a Perspective from Gen. Héctor Jiménez Báez for the Industrial Sector

Tijuana, Baja California | October 24, 2025 - The Clúster de Seguridad Industrial, Protección e Inteligencia de Baja California, A.C. and ASIS International Chapter 248 held their monthly meeting, which took place at the Hisense Rosarito facilities.

Ing. Marco Esponda welcomed the membership of the CSIPI and ASIS Cluster, where we had as a special guest at our monthly meeting the State Coordinator of the National Guard in Baja California and Commander of the 2nd Military Police Brigade, Brigadier General D.E.M. Héctor Jiménez Báez, who shared his perspective on the topic: "National Security of Mexico."

Given such an important topic and the security challenges we face in Baja California, important agreements and initiatives were reached between the Security Cluster, ASIS, and the National Guard in Baja California.
