CSIPI Cluster Supports Drone Training for Civil Protection of Baja California

Tijuana, Baja California | April 20, 2024 - The Clúster de Seguridad Industrial, Protección e Inteligencia de Baja California, A.C. supported the State Civil Protection Coordination of Baja California in training its first specialized team in the use of RPAS (Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems), commonly known as drones.
The training took place at the central facilities of Civil Protection and was aimed at operating these newly acquired equipment items. The objective is clear: to improve security through faster responses and a more agile and precise risk management process. Thanks to the aerial support of drones, the institution will be able to identify targets, mobilize resources, and optimize response times in emergency situations.
We express our sincere gratitude to Dr. Salvador Cervantes Hernández for his invitation to participate in this crucial initiative. Likewise, we recognize the invaluable response of the CSIPI Cluster membership, who, as always, joined the call by donating the necessary training for the correct and safe operation of the RPAS, guaranteeing compliance with national laws and the maximum utilization of the technical capabilities of the equipment.
This collaboration reinforces CSIPI's commitment to innovation and the strengthening of response capabilities in security and emergencies throughout our state.
